
It's Thursday and i'm hungover. Being 20 you would have thought i would have learned to drink a pint of water before bed! That's something i need to add to my 20 things i have and haven't learned at 20 post (which you can read here if you're interested). But today's post is inspired my the picture above and how to be happy...
1. Stand up comedy. Comedy films don't do it for me when i'm in a massive strop but Michael Mcintyre never fails to put a smile on my face, even if i'm trying not to laugh
2. Hugs/Cuddles/Snugs/Cwtches. Whatever you want to call it, it will definitely make you feel a little bit better

4. Throwback songs. Turn up the volume and belt your heart out to some old school Avril or Destiny's Child. It works, i promise! Especially when youtube suggest a song you used to love but completely forgot about
5. Chocolate. Scientifically proven to make you happy. Say no more
6. Moody miserable walks in the rain. I know it sounds counter-productive but when i'm mardy and frustrated and agitated and cross and stressed and PMS'ing, sometimes a walk in the fresh air can really help clear my head and calm me down. The rain isn't a necessity, it just adds nicely to the effect
7. Napping. Sometimes you just have to sleep off a bad mood. Go to sleep moody and wake up not moody, it's like magic
8. Baths. A nice hot bubble bath with no noise and no distractions can really help improve your mood. Sometimes i can literally feel the tension ooooozing out of my body and drifting away. Plus your skin will feel all moisturised and amazing when you get out

9. This little guy. Dubbed the worlds happiest animal, the Quokka is native to Australia and is the cutest freaking thing ever. Google Quokka's and Quokka Selfies and smiling animals and happy animals and be prepared to make 'awwww' noises for a considerable amount of time. I promise you will not be disappointed
10. The Ellen Show. Ellen DeGeneres is fabulous and i could watch segments from her show on youtube for hours. I implore you to youtube Kai and Noah. It'll make you happy for sure.
11. Skype Laughter Chain. It's guaranteed to make you laugh. Or your money back
