I've just spent the best part of an hour (and by one, I mean three) letting my eyes feast upon the Met Gala Magic of this years best dressed celebrities (hashtag dressporn).
And now I want to cry because I'm currently writing this blog post wearing my oldest, albeit comfiest, pair of grey's and thinking about how I don't, and probably won't, ever own anything that's half as pretty as these dresses.
*Sobs*
The theme for this years Met Gala was technology which most stylists interpreted as silver. However there were two very clear winners for the best-dressed award this year who took things a bit more literally...

How incredibly gorgeous are both of these dresses?? Karolina and Claire look like 2016 Cinderella's off to the ball in dresses crafted by the fairy godmothers over at Zac Posen and Marchesa and I just DIE at how pretty.
Karolina's dress just about tops it for me, the floral detailing and soft glam make-up is so beautiful it actually breaks my heart a little bit.
Onto the rest of the best dressed...
And saving the best until last (perhaps sans the technology theme)...
